1. User-Generated Content (“UGC”)
Any content you post, tag, or upload using Zyventoa hashtags, handles, or platforms—such as your name, usernames, text, photos, videos, likenesses, graphics, logos, GIFs, or any other materials—is collectively considered “UGC” under this policy.
2. Rights You Grant Us
By sharing UGC through Zyventoa’s platforms, or by using Zyventoa-related hashtags or handles, you grant Zyventoa a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable (unless you notify us otherwise), transferable, worldwide license (including the right to sub-license) to:

Use, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, and display your UGC across any media

Feature your UGC in promotional, marketing, and advertising campaigns

Remove or modify your UGC at Zyventoa’s discretion
3. Your Responsibilities
By sharing UGC with Zyventoa, you confirm that:

You either own all rights to the UGC or have secured permission to share it

You have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals featured in your UGC

If minors (under 18) are included, you confirm that you are either:
a) their parent or legal guardian, or
b) have secured express parental/legal guardian consent for their participation and inclusion in the UGC submitted to Zyventoa

Your UGC does not violate any third-party rights, intellectual property, laws, or regulations
4. Waiver of Rights
You (and any third party, where applicable) irrevocably waive all moral rights and similar rights associated with your UGC in connection with its use by Zyventoa.
5. Data & Privacy
Any personal data contained in your UGC will be processed in accordance with Zyventoa’s Privacy Notice and this UGC Policy.
6. Liability & Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zyventoa (and its authorized representatives) from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from the use of your UGC—including claims from third parties.
7. Changes to This Policy
Zyventoa reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. We encourage you to review it regularly when tagging or submitting UGC to Zyventoa.
